We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our brand's social media presence across all major platforms. You'll be responsible for developing content strategies, executing campaigns, engaging with our community, and analyzing performance data to drive growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
Plan and manage a content calendar that supports product launches, brand initiatives, and seasonal campaigns.
Lead the creation and curation of compelling, platform-specific content (images, videos, stories, reels, carousels, etc.).
Manage daily posting, engagement, and community interaction across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
Analyze performance metrics and produce monthly reports to assess effectiveness and ROI of social media efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, product, customer support) to maintain a cohesive brand voice.
Oversee social media ad campaigns in coordination with paid media specialists.
Identify and engage with influencers and potential brand partners.
Stay current on social media trends, tools, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Train and manage junior team members or freelancers (if applicable).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
3+ years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
Proven track record of growing and managing brand social channels.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut).
Deep understanding of social media analytics and advertising tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager).
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in influencer marketing or UGC strategies.
Familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Knowledge of SEO and how it applies to social content.
Experience working with cross-functional marketing teams.
