Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Create engaging, high-quality content -- including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, or other platforms).
Monitor social media trends, track engagement metrics, and analyze performance reports.
Grow brand awareness, reach, and engagement organically and through paid efforts.
Collaborate with the design, video, and marketing teams for content planning and campaigns.
Respond to comments, DMs, and messages in a timely, professional manner.
Stay up to date with industry changes, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn algorithms.
Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar design/video tools.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with performance tracking tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
Familiarity with influencer marketing or community building.
