Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a results-driven
social media strategy
across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
Plan, design, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories, blogs).
Create visually appealing graphics, short videos, and other creative assets to match brand identity.
Monitor analytics and track performance to optimize campaigns.
Build and manage an online community by engaging with students, parents, and partners.
Collaborate with counselling and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or related field.
1-3 years of proven experience in managing social media for a brand (education/ed-tech experience is a plus).
Strong designing skills
(Canva required; Photoshop/Illustrator/After Effects preferred).
Proficiency in creating reels, short-form videos, and trending content.
Creative mindset with the ability to ideate and execute campaigns end-to-end.
Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights, Google Analytics).
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
