The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding the organization's presence across major social platforms. This role involves end-to-end management of social contentxe2x80x94from strategy and creation to scheduling, publishing, and performance analysis.
xf0x9fx93x8c Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective social media strategies
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to inform content direction
Manage community engagement and respond to messages/comments promptly
Analyze key metrics and prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations
Contribute to campaign ideation and execution in alignment with brand voice and mission

Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behavior
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to design and create visually appealing content
Experience in social media analytics and reporting
Creative thinking and attention to detail
Familiarity with social media tools and scheduling platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite)
