Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage and update daily stories, posts, and content across brand social media accounts. Handle comments, DMs, and community interactions with a professional and engaging tone. Oversee Instagram pages for multiple brands, ensuring consistent posting and brand voice. Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms to maintain an active online presence. Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualise and produce engaging reels, especially for Social Croww's own Instagram page. Track engagement metrics and suggest creative ways to grow followers and improve reach. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably in an agency environment. Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, analytics, and content strategies. Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Creative mindset with a good eye for trends, storytelling, and aesthetics. Basic knowledge of photography, videography, or editing tools (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹22,500.00 - ₹43,899.10 per month
