Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and growing The Face Company's digital presence across social media platforms. This role focuses on content planning, brand storytelling, audience engagement, and lead generation while maintaining a consistent luxury brand image.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
Create monthly content calendars for all platforms.
Identify trends and opportunities relevant to the beauty and aesthetics industry.
Content Creation & Management
Plan, create, and publish high-quality content including posts, reels, stories, and captions.
Coordinate with designers, videographers, doctors, and clinic teams for content creation.
Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
Community Management & Engagement
Manage comments, messages, and inquiries across platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Build and engage with the online community to increase brand loyalty.
Coordinate with sales and front-desk teams for lead follow-ups from social media.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor social media analytics, reach, engagement, and lead performance.
Prepare regular performance reports with insights and improvement plans.
Optimize content and campaigns based on performance data.
Collaborations & Campaigns
Plan and execute influencer collaborations and brand campaigns.
Support promotional launches, offers, and clinic events through social media.
Qualifications and SkillsRequired
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or luxury brands.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Excellent content planning, copywriting, and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
Preferred
Experience working with clinics, salons, or personal care brands.
Knowledge of paid social media campaigns.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand aesthetics.
