Responsibilities:
Support in creating, scheduling, and publishing basic content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Assist in monitoring social media channels for trends, audience interactions, and engagement opportunities.
Help in creating simple and engaging stories/reels for social media.
Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
Assist in tracking social media performance and preparing simple reports with observations.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for approvals and creative briefs.
Participate in brainstorming and assist in drafting social media content calendars.
Requirements:
BMS - Marketing Pass Out
(fresh graduate)
Fresher or
0-6 months of experience
in social media, digital marketing, or related areas.
Basic understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Interest in learning content creation, design, and analytics.
Basic graphic design/video editing knowledge is an advantage (not mandatory).
Ability to follow instructions, work responsibly, and collaborate with the team.
Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
