Job Purpose



We are seeking a

creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager

to lead and grow our brand presence across all social media platforms. This role is responsible for

strategy development, content planning, execution, analytics, and cross-team coordination

to build strong online communities and drive meaningful brand engagement.

The Social Media Manager will manage the

complete social media ecosystem

, ensuring brand consistency, compelling storytelling, audience growth, and continuous performance optimization.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesA. Strategy & Planning



Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing and business goals. Plan and manage monthly content calendars and campaign timelines. Identify trends, formats, and opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and visibility.

B. Content Creation & Management



Oversee creation, scheduling, and publishing of high-quality content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Demonstrate hands-on expertise in

camera handling, reels, and short-form video content

. Ensure content aligns with brand tone, creativity, and visual aesthetics. Guide content writing, captions, hashtags, and storytelling direction.

C. Campaign Execution & Performance



Manage organic and paid social media campaigns where applicable. Track, analyze, and optimize performance using analytics and reporting tools. Audit social media presence and evaluate ROI, reach, engagement, and conversions. Prepare performance reports and actionable insights for management.

D. Collaboration & Coordination



Work closely with design, content, event, and marketing teams to align social media plans with launches and campaigns. Coordinate with clients, vendors, artists, influencers, and external partners when required.

E. Community & Brand Management



Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions professionally. Build and manage strong online communities and brand reputation. Track competitor activities and industry benchmarks to stay ahead.

Clients, Vendors, Venues, Artists, Influencers, Media Partners

Knowledge, Training & Experience RequiredEducation



BBA / B.Com / Mass Media / Communications / Marketing or related field

Experience



Minimum 2-4 years

of experience in social media management Agency or

event industry experience preferred
