Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute
social media strategies
focused on student lead generation.
Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, testimonials, short videos).
Manage daily activities on
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube, etc
.
Run and monitor Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
for inquiries, reach, and conversions.
Increase followers organically and through paid campaigns.
Handle DMs, comments, and online inquiries; coordinate with the admissions team.
Prepare and follow a
monthly content calendar
.
Promote admissions, intakes, scholarships, events, and student success stories.
Plan and execute strategies to increase Google Reviews
and manage online reputation.
Appear in videos, reels, ads, or live sessions as a brand face
, if required.
Track performance metrics (leads, reach, engagement, followers) and share reports.
Skills & Qualifications:
Knowledge of
Meta Ads Manager/SEO
(basic to intermediate).
Comfortable speaking on camera; confident presentation skills preferred.
Strong creativity and content writing skills.
Understanding of follower growth strategies and engagement techniques.
Lead-generation and performance-driven mindset.
Good communication skills in English and Gujarati/Hindi preferred.
Tools: CRM, Interakt, WhatsApp Automation (preferred)
Requirements:
Prior experience in
social media management or digital marketing
is mandatory.
Minimum
2-year commitment
to the role.
