We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager with 5-7 years of experience to lead our social media presence across platforms. The candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth through data-driven social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategy and content roadmap.
Manage and optimize social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
Lead content planning, campaigns, launches, and brand storytelling Analyze performance metrics and prepare insights-based reports.
Manage community engagement, brand reputation, and crisis handling.
Coordinate with design, content, influencer, and performance teams.
Stay updated with platform trends, algorithms, and competitor activities.
Manage paid social campaigns in coordination with performance marketing team
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field5-7 years of proven experience in social media management.
Strong understanding of content strategy, analytics, and platform algorithms.
Experience handling brand accounts at scale Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in E-commerce or D2C brands Knowledge of Meta Ads, influencer marketing, and campaign planning.
Hands-on experience with social media tools and dashboards

As per company standards
