Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop, implement and manage social media strategy for various clients Run paid campaigns for clients Manage and oversee social media content Measure the success of every social media campaign Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms Experience in customer support is a plus Proficiency in MS Office Proficiency in English Market knowledge Communication and negotiation skills Ability to build report Time management and planning skills Excellent client servicing skills Computer proficiency Ability to interact with varied cultures Energetic, Confident, and Motivated & Self- driven
