Job Description

Responsibilities

Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals and the luxury jewellery brand identity.

Content Management: Create, curate, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging content daily, including original text, images, and videos, showcasing jewellery designs and brand storytelling.

Platform Management: Oversee and manage all company social media accounts .

Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, professional, and on-brand voice to foster a strong online community and manage the brand's reputation.

Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, and website traffic using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor the effectiveness of both organic and paid social media advertising campaigns, managing ad budgets and optimizing performance.

Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and brand advocates to enhance brand reach and build brand awareness within the fashion/luxury sector.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, tools, and best practices in the jewellery and fashion industries to maintain a competitive edge.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach across all channels.

Experience: Proven work experience as a social media manager or similar role, with at least 3 years of experience in the jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods industry preferred.

Content Expertise: Hands-on experience in content creation and management, with excellent creative copywriting skills and a strong eye for design and brand aesthetics.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with social media management tools and content editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro for video editing).

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with experience in social media analytics and reporting tools to measure the success of campaigns and optimize strategies.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate the company's views creatively.
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, New Media, or a related field is typically required.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
