We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to build the digital presence of our law firm. The role involves managing social platforms, creating informative legal content, coordinating influencer collaborations, and increasing brand credibility and visibility
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute social media strategy for brand growth and engagement.
Create and publish daily content (posts, reels, stories, videos, short-form content).
Analyse performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Manage community interactions: comments, messages, and queries.
Stay updated with trending content, hashtags, audio, and platform updates.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and client communications.
Campaign Marketing, Analytics & Reporting, Collaboration & Communication
Influencer & Collaboration Responsibilities
Identify and shortlist influencers relevant to the brand and campaign goals.
Reach out to influencers for collaborations, partnerships, and barter deals.
Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers.
Coordinate campaigns end-to-end: briefing ? content review ? posting ? performance tracking.
Maintain a database of influencers and track collaboration results.
Build strong relationships with content creators and micro-influencers.
Qualifications and Skills
Required Skills
Proficient in social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
Strong knowledge of email marketing tools and CRM systems.
Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization.
Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and content.
Experience with analytics tools
Good knowledge of legal content positioning and brand reputation management.
Ability to create/edit content using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
Strong communication & negotiation skills for influencer partnerships.
Creativity, research skills, and attention to detail.
Experience:
2-5 years in managing social media for brands/agencies.
Track record of converting followers into customers
Proven record of achieving KPI's
Basic knowledge of SEO, ads, and digital marketing.
Photography/videography skills (optional but an advantage).
