Job Overview:



We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Social Media Manager to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across our real estate, hospitality, and media brands. This leadership role requires a creative individual with a strong analytical mind-set and proven team management experience to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate measurable business growth across diverse platforms.

Key Responsibilities:



The role is dynamic, blending creativity with strategy and data analysis to effectively represent the brand as its online "voice".

Design and implement overarching social media strategies tailored to the unique audiences and objectives for the industry sector like real estate, hospitality, and media are preferred.

Manage, mentor, and coach a team of social media specialists, delegating tasks and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment to ensure high performance and professional growth.

Oversee the creation, curation, and scheduling of high-quality, platform-specific content (text, image, video etc.) that aligns with each brand's voice and identity.

Utilize social media analytics and listening tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite) to track performance metrics, report on ROI to stakeholders, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.

Develop targeted campaigns for each sector, such as showcasing property launches in real estate, promoting unique experiences in hospitality, and amplifying media content distribution.

Monitor, track, and analyse social media performance metrics (engagement rates, ROI, etc.), using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and report findings to senior stakeholders.

Develop and expand community and influencer outreach efforts while ensuring all online community engagement and customer service interactions are handled promptly and professionally to maintain brand reputation.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, managing budgets effectively to drive leads and conversions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI in marketing) to keep the brands at the forefront of the industry.

Work closely with marketing, sales, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive cross-channel messaging and campaign alignment with broader business goals.

Qualifications and Experience:



A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any other related field is preferred.

Proven experience (3+ years) in a social media management or similar role, with a track record of successful social media campaigns and team management. Experience within the real estate, hospitality, or media industries is highly preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, brand-aligned content and presentations.

Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite), and content creation/design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Strong analytical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, and time-management skills, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership, interpersonal and project management skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
