Role Summary
The Account Executive will be responsible for
managing a portfolio of smaller client accounts
and supporting senior account managers on larger projects. The primary focus is on building strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, driving basic account growth, and facilitating the timely delivery of services or products.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the
primary point of contact
for an assigned group of clients.
Build and maintain
strong, long-lasting client relationships
through regular communication and excellent service.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
Account Growth and Sales Support
Identify and explore
upselling and cross-selling opportunities
within existing accounts under the guidance of a senior manager.
Handle the renewal process for smaller accounts.
Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate lead-to-client conversion by providing necessary support and documentation.
Coordination and Reporting
Clearly communicate
the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Forecast and
track key account metrics
(e.g., account health, renewal rates, sales results) using CRM software.
Liaise between the client and internal teams (e.g., operations, technical, creative) to ensure all client needs are met effectively.
Administrative and Operational
Prepare and present reports on account status, client feedback, and project milestones.
Manage client contracts, agreements, and necessary documentation.
Resolve client issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with a
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple account projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
