We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager who can independently handle strategy, content planning, paid ads, and campaign analysis for multiple brands. The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, and have strong knowledge of social media trends.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute Social Media strategies for multiple brands
Manage platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Create monthly Social Media content calendars
Give creative direction for posts, reels, and stories
Run and optimize Paid Ads (Meta Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Track performance, analyze insights, and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms
Coordinate with designers, content creators, and influencers (if needed)

Required Skills & Qualifications:
3-5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social media paid ads
Ability to plan creative content and brand-wise strategies
Basic understanding of copywriting and visual aesthetics
Experience with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Creator Studio, etc.)
Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills
Experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus
