Role Description:



We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will oversee all digital marketing activities, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and target audience within the migration and legal services industry.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Digital Strategy Development:



Design and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy to enhance online visibility and generate leads. Develop and maintain a strong online presence across digital platforms, including the company website, social media channels, and email campaigns.

2. Campaign Management:



Plan and execute targeted multichannel campaigns, including PPC, SEO, social media, and content marketing. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring ROI and continuous optimization.

3. Content Marketing:



Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content tailored to the target audience. Manage content calendars, blogs, newsletters, and digital assets to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

4. Social Media Management:



Develop and execute social media strategies to grow the brand's presence and foster audience engagement. Collaborate with agencies to ensure impactful, on-brand messaging across all platforms.

5. Website and SEO Optimization:



Manage website updates, ensuring functionality, user experience, and alignment with marketing goals. Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.

6. Analytics and Reporting:



Define KPIs for digital initiatives and measure success using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush). Generate reports and provide actionable insights for improving performance and meeting objectives.

7. Team Collaboration and Leadership:



Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, service development, and external agencies, to execute cohesive marketing initiatives. Lead a team of digital marketers and provide guidance to enhance productivity and creativity.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in the service-based industry. Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media management. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM platforms. Exceptional communication, team management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities. Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
