About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and strengthen our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with analytical thinking to drive engagement, enhance brand visibility, and support lead generation initiatives within the immigration and consultancy sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Engage with audiences by monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with marketing and visa consulting teams to promote services, share success stories, and highlight key updates.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports to optimize engagement, reach, and ROI.
Manage paid social campaigns and ensure alignment with brand goals.
Stay informed on immigration trends and industry developments to guide content strategy.
Build and maintain partnerships with influencers and key stakeholders in the migration space.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within consultancy or service-based industries.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools.
Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and basic video editing is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
