Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
Manage and grow brand presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
Create engaging, original, and on-brand content (posts, articles, captions, blogs, ad copy).
Plan and execute content calendars and campaigns.
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce multimedia content.
Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to optimize performance.
Manage paid campaigns, analyze ROI, and prepare regular performance reports.
Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries, and build brand reputation.
Ensure consistency in brand tone, voice, and messaging.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
5+ years proven experience
as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or Content Writer.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a flair for creative copy.
Expertise in social media tools, analytics, and ad platforms (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Experience with SEO and content optimization is a plus.
Creative mindset with an eye for design trends.
