Social Media Manager
who can manage multiple client accounts, craft engaging campaigns, and deliver impactful results across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute
social media strategies
tailored to each client's goals.
Manage multiple social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories, carousels, etc.) for diverse industries.
Collaborate with the design and content team to deliver visually appealing and impactful creatives.
Run and optimize
paid ad campaigns
(Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates to keep client campaigns ahead of the curve.
Monitor, respond, and engage with online communities to build strong client-brand relationships.
Work closely with the strategy team to align social campaigns with SEO, content, and overall digital marketing efforts.
Prepare
performance reports
for clients, highlighting key metrics, growth, and recommendations.
Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships where applicable.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience as a
Social Media Manager
(agency experience preferred).
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and paid advertising.
Excellent content writing and storytelling skills.
Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
Creative mindset with the ability to adapt tone and style for different client industries.
Ability to manage deadlines and work on multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Nice to Have:
Basic graphic design & video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Experience in influencer marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
