Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
Monitor social media channels for trends, competitor activities, and opportunities.
Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly.
Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, ROI) and recommend improvements.
Stay updated with emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships when required.
Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies and brand guidelines.
