? Coaching employees company-wide on content creation best practices.

Social Media Manager Requirements:



? Social media marketing experience.

? Experience in SEO. Canva

? Experience developing social media strategies.

? Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.

? Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.

? Proven ability to build social media communities.

? Understanding of graphic design principles.

? Experience as a Brand Manager on social media.

? Ability to measure the success of campaigns.

Strategy & Planning



Develop social media strategies:

Create and implement strategies aligned with business goals to build brand awareness and enhance online presence.

Maintain a content calendar:

Plan and schedule posts to ensure consistent and timely content across all active social media platforms.

Conduct audience and competitor research:

Understand target audiences, identify trends, and analyse competitor activity to find new growth opportunities.

Content Creation & Management



Create and curate content:

Produce original and engaging multimedia content, including text, images, and videos, tailored for different social media channels.

Manage brand messaging:

Ensure content aligns with the brand's voice, guidelines, and overall marketing efforts.

Coordinate campaigns:

Design and manage competitions and other social media campaigns to promote the brand and achieve specific objectives.

Community & Engagement



Monitor and respond to interactions:

Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Foster community:

Develop discussions and manage online communities to increase engagement and build brand loyalty.

Manage influencer relationships:

Identify and build relationships with influencers and brand advocates to expand brand reach.

Analytics & Reporting



Monitor social media metrics:

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as followers, engagement, and traffic.

Analyse data and report performance:

Analyse metrics using tools like Google Analytics and prepare reports to assess campaign performance and inform future strategies.

Collaboration & Trends



Collaborate with internal teams:

Work with marketing, content, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive branding and support lead generation.

Stay updated on trends and tools:

Research and evaluate the latest social media trends, best practices, and tools to continuously improve strategies and tactics.

Run paid advertising:

Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns, including setting budgets and analysing results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.51 - ₹40,000.85 per month
