As a Social Media & Creative Strategist, you will be the bridge between creative vision and
data-driven strategy. You'll lead the development of compelling social media strategies, brand
narratives, and content plans that drive engagement, growth, and ROI across platforms.
Roles & Responsibility
1. Strategy & Planning:
Developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies
aligned with brand objectives, audience behavior, and current trends across all relevant
platforms.
2. Content & Creative Direction:
Leading the creation of content calendars, brand
storytelling concepts, and visual strategies while ensuring consistent tone, voice, and
creative alignment with client identity.
3. Platform Expertise & Innovation:
Staying ahead of evolving platform trends, formats,
and tools, and integrating new features and creative formats into campaign planning and
content development.
4. Campaign Management:
Overseeing end-to-end execution of social media campaigns--from briefing and creative development to deployment and reporting--ensuring highquality, timely delivery.
5. Performance Analysis:
Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on campaign performance
using relevant analytics tools, and making data-driven recommendations for optimization
and growth.
6. Client & Internal Collaboration:
Acting as the key point of contact for social strategy;
presenting plans and insights to clients while working closely with design, copy, media,
and performance teams to ensure seamless execution.
7. Influencer Integration (as needed):
Supporting influencer campaign strategies by
identifying suitable creators and integrating them into broader creative campaigns where
relevant.
8. Budget Oversight:
Managing and allocating social media budgets effectively to ensure
optimal resource utilization and maximum campaign ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
3+ years of experience in social media strategy or creative campaign roles.
Strong portfolio showcasing strategic campaigns and innovative content ideas.
Proficient with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
Strong understanding of consumer behavior and digital engagement trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
