We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage our brand presence across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing daily social media activities, running campaigns, analyzing performance, and driving online growth to strengthen our brand identity. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals. Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, videos) tailored for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales. Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitors to keep our brand relevant. Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries. Collaborate with the design and marketing team to maintain brand consistency. Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions). Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or similar role. Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube). Hands-on experience with content creation, social media scheduling tools, and paid ads. Creative mindset with strong copywriting and storytelling skills. Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) is a plus. Strong analytical and multitasking skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
