Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and publish content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, short videos) across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Monitor analytics, track performance, and prepare monthly reports.
Run paid social media campaigns (basic ad management and boosting).
Stay updated with current trends, hashtags, and viral content.
Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with the audience to build community.
Coordinate with the design and content team (if applicable) to deliver campaigns on time.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of social media management experience
(agency or brand side).
Proficiency in platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube.
Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop/Video editing apps.
Familiarity with paid advertising (Meta Ads Manager is a plus).
Strong communication and creative writing skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
