Key Responsibilities:

Client Servicing:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and seamless project execution. Understand client objectives and work closely with internal teams (designers, copywriters, strategists) to deliver on expectations. Coordinate with clients for approvals, feedback, and campaign strategies. Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and help onboard new ones. Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for client meetings.

Social Media Management:

Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies for various brands. Create and manage content calendars, ensuring timely and engaging posts across platforms. Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and engagement metrics to optimize content. Collaborate with the creative team to generate visually appealing and innovative content. Respond to audience interactions, comments, and queries across platforms. Analyze performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in client servicing, account management, or social media marketing. Hands-on experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of social media tools, analytics, and trends. Creative thinking with a problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field. Experience in a digital agency or brand marketing role.
