Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce branded content. Curate user-generated content and leverage partnerships for co-branded campaigns. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner. Foster community engagement and brand loyalty through creative initiatives. Address customer queries or escalate issues as necessary. Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (e.g., engagement rate, reach, impressions). Use insights to optimize strategies and inform decision-making. Monitor competitors and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. Plan and execute social media campaigns to support marketing initiatives. Coordinate influencer collaborations and partnerships. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across campaigns. Plan and manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation. Monitor performance and ROI of social media ads.
