Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage and grow our online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate is skilled in creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and driving campaigns that build brand awareness and foster engagement with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Analyze and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding. Identify opportunities to engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach. Manage social media budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends. Strong copywriting, editing, and content creation skills. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later). Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus. Analytical mindset and experience with performance tracking and reporting. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Female candidate preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in social media advertising and campaign management. Knowledge of SEO and content optimization for social media. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
