Job Description

FULL-TIME, ON-SITE POSITION IN AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT.



Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Literature, Journalism, or related field

2-3 years of proven experience managing social media for a brand, publisher, or EdTech company

Prior exposure to literary, educational, or creative industries is a strong plus

Master's degree or certifications in digital marketing (preferred)

Strong command over English and Hindi (Gujarati is a bonus)

Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills

Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)

Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)

Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Buffer, etc.)

Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and basic video editing

Understanding of education trends, reading habits, and student-parent engagement

Strong work ethic and high work quality standards

Responsibilities:



Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards

Developing and executing a creative social media strategy to promote literature-based EdTech products and services

Creating engaging, educational, and brand-aligned content for multiple platforms

Writing compelling captions, posts, and ad copy tailored for educators, parents, and students

Designing and scheduling posts consistently to build community and engagement

Running targeted ad campaigns to drive awareness, sales, or leads

Responding to comments, DMs, and building relationships with online communities

Collaborating with the content, design, and sales teams to align messaging

Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)

Identifying trends, hashtags, and partnerships relevant to the education and literature space

Managing contests, giveaways, and campaigns tied to reading programs or product launches

Creating basic reels, storyboards, or video scripts for Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts

Supporting the launch of new products or services through organic and paid promotions

Monitoring competitors and staying up to date with digital marketing best practices
