Job Summary:
Anant Soft Computing is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-oriented Social Media Manager to join our passionate marketing team. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy:
Create, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Anant Soft Computing's business goals, focusing on showcasing our expertise, services, and thought leadership in the IT and software solutions space.
Content Creation & Curation:
Develop, write, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging, and technically informed content (including case studies, tech insights, company news, employee spotlights, articles, infographics, videos, and interactive posts) for all relevant social media platforms. Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity that reflects our innovative edge.
Community Management & Engagement:
Monitor social media channels for industry conversations, brand mentions, comments, and messages. Engage with our community, industry influencers, and potential clients in a timely, professional, and insightful manner, fostering a positive and interactive environment.
Campaign Management (Organic & Paid):
Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as brand reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, lead generation, and talent acquisition.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using platform analytics and other relevant tools. Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to optimize strategy, content, and ROI.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation:
Stay relentlessly up-to-date with the latest social media trends, B2B marketing strategies, platform updates, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to the software and IT industry. Identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, sales, technical teams, and HR to ensure brand consistency, promote our services and solutions effectively, and support recruitment efforts.
Brand Advocacy:
Promote Anant Soft Computing as an employer of choice and a leader in the tech solutions space.
Social Listening:
Monitor industry conversations, competitor activities, and audience sentiment to inform strategy, identify content opportunities, and manage brand reputation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role for [X] years, preferably within the B2B IT, software, or technology sector.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
