Job Description

We are hiring a

Social Media Manager

who understands

Ayurveda, wellness branding, and D2C marketing

. This role is ideal for someone who can blend

ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with modern content formats

like reels, short videos, carousels, and influencer-led storytelling.

Your goal will be to

build trust, educate consumers, grow our community, and drive sales

through powerful social media content.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage social media content for

Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn

, and other relevant platforms Create and execute monthly content calendars focused on: Ayurvedic education Product benefits & ingredients Lifestyle, health & wellness content Customer testimonials & UGC Write engaging captions that are

simple, authentic, and compliance-safe

(no false medical claims) Coordinate with designers, video editors, and marketing team for creatives & reels Manage comments, DMs, and community queries related to products and wellness Work on

reels-first strategy

(trends, hooks, storytelling, voiceovers) Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions) and share insights Assist in planning and optimizing

paid social media ads

for D2C sales Collaborate with

Ayurvedic doctors, influencers, and creators

for brand campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications

1-4 years of experience managing social media for

D2C / FMCG / Wellness / Ayurveda brands

Strong understanding of

Instagram Reels, short-form video, and trend-based content

Ability to simplify Ayurvedic concepts for modern audiences Excellent writing skills (English required; Hindi/Hinglish preferred) Experience with tools like

Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer

, etc. Basic understanding of social media ads and analytics Creative mindset with strong brand aesthetics sense
Good to Have (Preferred)

Prior experience with

Ayurvedic, herbal, or wellness brands

Influencer marketing and UGC campaign experience Knowledge of

D2C funnels, product launches, and festive campaigns

Basic video scripting or editing knowledge Familiarity with compliance norms for wellness & healthcare marketing
