Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies for all business verticals
Manage official accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X
Plan content calendars aligned with admissions cycles, project launches, and product promotions
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and manage online reputation
Track trends and recommend platform-specific content formats
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for:
Student admissions and academic programs
Real estate project promotions and lead generation
Industrial product branding and B2B marketing
Manage paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI
Content & Creative Coordination:
Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, and video editors
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity
Review and approve creatives, captions, hashtags, and ad copies
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization:
Track performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights, ad dashboards)
Prepare monthly performance reports and actionable insights
Optimize campaigns based on data and performance trends
Website & SEO Coordination:
Coordinate with SEO teams for organic growth strategies
Ensure website content aligns with digital marketing objectives
Support landing page optimization for better conversions
Required Skills & Technical Competencies:
Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
Hands-on experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and email marketing
Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools
Ability to manage multiple brands and target audiences
