Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a

comprehensive social media strategy

aligned with marketing and business goals. Manage and maintain the company's presence across

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.

Create and curate engaging

visual, video, and written content

for social media campaigns. Plan and manage

social media calendars

, ensuring timely and consistent posting. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to enhance performance and audience engagement. Track, analyze, and report on

social media metrics and insights

to optimize strategy. Coordinate with the

content, design, and marketing teams

to ensure cohesive branding. Run and monitor

paid social media ad campaigns

to drive leads and conversions. Manage community engagement -- respond to comments, messages, and queries promptly and professionally. Collaborate with influencers, partners, and media agencies to expand brand reach. Maintain brand consistency in tone, voice, and visuals across all social platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Proven experience (3-5 years) as a

Social Media Executive / Manager

or in a similar digital marketing role. Strong understanding of

social media algorithms, SEO, and digital marketing trends.

Proficiency in

social media management tools

(e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later). Basic knowledge of

graphic design and video editing tools

(Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro). Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with

Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and similar tools.

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience in

paid ad management (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)

. Knowledge of

content marketing and influencer collaboration strategies.

Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to think strategically.
