A creative leader (female prefered ) with expertise in content creation, strategy, and managing sovial media platforms independently.

Key Responsibilities

oDevelop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with brand

goals.

oPlan, create, and manage monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,

YouTube, and other platforms.

oCoordinate with graphic designers and video editors, ensuring timely delivery of creatives

and video content.

oWrite compelling captions, post copies, and scripts tailored for different platforms.

oBe directly involved in content creation - including reels, behind-the-scenes, stories,

and trending formats.

oParticipate in company events to capture moments and create engaging, real-time content

with audiences.

oMonitor, analyze, and report social media insights & performance metrics (reach,

engagement, followers, conversions).

oStay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to improve

brand presence.oEngage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and maintain an active community.

oEnsure brand voice and identity consistency across all digital touchpoints.

oWork in alignment with the Marketing Manager, reporting progress, challenges, and new

ideas regularly.

Required Skills & Quali cations

Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

oStrong knowledge of social media platforms, insights, and analytics tools.

oAbility to create and manage content calendars effectively.

oHands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite/Buffer, etc.

oStrong copywriting & storytelling skills.

oExcellent coordination and time management skills to handle cross-team deliverables.

oCreative mindset with a passion for brand building and digital growth.

oComfortable in front of the camera and actively involved in reels & content creation.

oAbility to work independently and report directly to the Marketing Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
