What You'll Do

Build and execute social media strategies that align with our mission.
Brainstorm and assist in

shoots(reels, transformations, behind-the-scenes).
Coordinate with

editors, designers, and content creatorsfor seamless posting.
Handle

DMs, comments, and community engagementwith empathy and energy.
Track performance and suggest creative ideas for growth and engagement.

What We're Looking For

1-2 years of experience in managing social media (especially Instagram & YouTube).
Strong sense of

visual aesthetics, trends, and storytelling*.

Ability to work

on-site in Chennai*.

Excellent communication skills and passion for the wellness/fitness space.
Someone who takes initiative, stays organized, and thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment.

Pay

?30,000/month (Full-time, 6 days a week)

Performance-based incentives may be added after the trial period.
