Job Description

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven

Social Media Manager with SEO knowledge

to manage and grow our brand's

social media presence in Bangalore

. This is a

full-time, on-site role

responsible for

social media marketing, digital marketing, content creation, community management, paid social media campaigns, analytics, and basic SEO optimization

.

The Social Media Manager will create and manage content across

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms

, including

posts, captions, creatives, reels, and videos

, while planning and executing

monthly content calendars

aligned with marketing campaigns. The role requires close coordination with centres and internal teams for

events, photos, videos, and brand activities

.

You will monitor

social media engagement, comments, messages, and online interactions

, build an active

online community

, and manage

Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, and Facebook Ads

to improve reach, leads, and brand awareness. Strong understanding of

SEO basics, keywords, hashtags, content optimization, and social media trends

is required to improve visibility and performance.

The role also involves tracking performance using

social media analytics tools

, measuring engagement, reach, and conversions, and sharing

insights and reports

to improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate in

Marketing, Media, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field

1-2 years of experience

in

social media management or digital marketing

Strong

content writing, creative thinking, and visual storytelling skills

Knowledge of

SEO, keyword research, hashtags, and content optimization

Experience with

social media tools, scheduling platforms, paid social media campaigns, and analytics

Familiarity with

Instagram marketing, Facebook marketing, brand building, and community management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.20 - ?25,000.00 per month
