We are excited to announce an urgent opening for an experienced Social Media Page Manager to join our team at our upcoming premium boutique in Calicut, Kerala. We are seeking a talented individual with a passion for social media, marketing, and fashion to help us build a strong online presence.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc.). Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that align with our brand identity. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and leverage social media for promotions and events. Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive online community.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of previous social media campaigns. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, and other social media best practices. Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics). Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
