Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies to strengthen the company's online brand presence across all major platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Create, plan, and schedule daily content (posts, reels, stories, and videos) aligned with ongoing campaigns and product launches. Collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to conceptualise creative content ideas that resonate with target audiences. Act as an on-screen presenter for product videos, promotional shoots, and ad campaigns -- maintaining a strong camera presence and brand alignment. Analyze campaign performance and social media insights to optimize engagement and follower growth. Stay updated on current trends, viral formats, hashtags, and industry updates to ensure Xemex and Xemsis maintain a fresh and relevant digital presence. Manage influencer collaborations, online reputation, and community interactions (comments, DMs, etc.) efficiently. Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions for campaign planning, new product launches, and brand awareness initiatives.

Candidate Profile & Skills Required:

3+ years of proven experience in social media handling and content management. Strong understanding of platform algorithms and audience behavior. Excellent creative thinking, storytelling, and content writing skills. Good communication and presentation skills, both on and off camera. Prior experience as a

VJ (Video Jockey)

or content presenter will be a strong advantage. Confident, expressive, and camera-friendly personality with a professional appearance. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Awareness of aesthetic branding, visual content trends, and brand communication standards.
