Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager/Manager - Social Media Specialist

CTC:

Compensation will be determined based on experience, technical skills, previous salary, and overall suitability for the role.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our digital marketing team. You will contribute to planning, creating, and managing engaging social media content across platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Planning

: Assist in developing social media content calendars, posts, and campaigns that align with brand and marketing goals.

Platform Management

: Schedule, publish, and monitor posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

Engagement & Community Management

: Respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages to foster engagement and brand loyalty.

Performance Analysis:

Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics; suggest improvements based on data insights.

Collaboration:

Work closely with design, content, and performance marketing teams to create cohesive campaigns.

Trend Awareness:

Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices; suggest innovative ideas for campaigns.

Professionalism & Ownership:

Ensure timely execution of social media tasks, maintain quality standards, and take ownership of assigned projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree or Diploma/Certification in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field. 1-5+ years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies. Experience with social media platforms, tools, and analytics (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.). Good understanding of content strategy, engagement techniques, and social media trends. Strong communication, writing, and teamwork skills. ? Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics.
