VeSure Tech is a fast-growing SaaS company focused on delivering innovative software solutions that empower businesses to grow. We are looking for a creative, result-driven Social Media Manager to take our social media presence to the next level.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate Social Media Manager who can not only manage but

own our social media strategy

. You will be responsible for creating trends, generating engaging content, planning campaigns, and driving overall social media growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy aligned with business goals. Plan and execute

content calendars

across all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok, etc.). Create engaging

on-camera content

and trending reels to increase engagement and followers. Write compelling

ad copies

and captions that convert. Stay ahead of social media trends, viral content, and platform updates to

set trends

rather than follow. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall brand strategy. Build and grow a

loyal community

and actively engage with followers. Take ownership of social media growth KPIs, including reach, engagement, and follower growth.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms. Excellent content creation skills, including video production, editing, and on-camera presence. Strong copywriting and storytelling ability. Creative thinker with a passion for viral content and trend creation. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret metrics and suggest improvements. Familiarity with social media tools (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with paid social media campaigns. Experience in SaaS/Tech industry.

Experience:

2-5 years in social media marketing (SaaS/Tech preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
