Arangers Retail India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, reel/video editing, and using AI tools for content production. This is a long-term, on-site role for someone who is creative, organized, and performance-driven.
Key Responsibilities
Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Plan and execute monthly content calendars
Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos
Edit videos and reels optimized for social media platforms
Use AI tools for content ideas, captions, visuals, and workflows
Coordinate influencer and brand collaborations
Monitor engagement, comments, DMs, and trends
Support basic Meta Ads activities (boosting posts, targeting, insights)
Track performance metrics and suggest improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in social media management
Strong content creation and visual storytelling skills
Experience in reel and video editing
Working knowledge of AI-based content tools
Understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing brand or business social media accounts
Experience with influencer marketing or collaborations
Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
