Key Responsibilities
? Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies tailored for healthcare clients
across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
? Handle client communication and relationship management, acting as the primary
point of contact for healthcare clients.
? Plan and oversee content calendars, campaigns, and creatives in coordination with
design and content teams.
? Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) to deliver
data-driven insights and reports.
? Manage paid campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and engagement
specific to the healthcare industry.
? Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, compliance, and digital marketing best
practices.
? Lead presentations, pitch decks, and strategy discussions with clients.
? Coordinate with internal teams (designers, copywriters, video editors, performance
marketing) to deliver high-quality outputs.
? Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and client satisfaction through proactive
problem-solving.
Required Skills & Qualifications
? 4-5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager in a digital agency
environment.
? Strong background in handling healthcare industry clients (hospitals, clinics,
health-tech, wellness, pharma, or beauty/fitness).
? Excellent client handling skills - relationship building, requirement gathering,
communication, and reporting.
? Expertise in social media platforms, analytics tools, and paid campaign
management.
? Strong understanding of healthcare marketing compliance and sensitivity.
? Ability to lead brainstorming sessions, create campaign strategies, and deliver innovative
ideas.
? Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA/PGDM is a
plus.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
