Job Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and integrate them into the social media strategy.

2. Content Creation & Scheduling:

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos) across various social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and WhatsApp. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, values, and goals.

3. Collaboration & Influencer Engagement:

Identify and engage with relevant influencers to expand brand reach. Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and impactful content.

4. Team Management:

Lead and manage the social media team to ensure productivity and creativity. Provide guidance and feedback to team members to foster professional growth.

5. Viral & Moment Marketing:

Conceptualize and execute viral marketing campaigns to drive maximum engagement. Utilize moment marketing to capitalize on current events and trends for brand promotion.

6. Community Management:

Build and maintain an active and engaging online community. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.

7. Advertising & Analytics:

Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to achieve marketing objectives. Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

8. Platform Management:

Oversee the management of social media platforms, ensuring regular updates and consistency across channels. Utilize tools for social media management and analytics to streamline operations.
