About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and performance-driven

Social Media Manager

to lead and scale our social media presence. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in content planning, content calendar management, brand storytelling, and paid social media advertising. This role requires both creative thinking and analytical skills to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute a comprehensive

social media content strategy

aligned with brand goals Create and manage a

monthly and weekly content calendar

across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) Plan content for product launches, offers, campaigns, and seasonal promotions Ensure content consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity Collaborate with designers, videographers, and content creators
Content Creation & Execution

Oversee creation of reels, stories, posts, carousels, and videos Guide the team on creative direction for social media content Approve captions, hashtags, and creatives before publishing Stay updated with the latest trends and integrate them into the content strategy Maintain high-quality storytelling and brand positioning
Paid Ads & Performance Marketing

Plan, execute, and optimize

paid social media campaigns

on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, etc. Work on awareness, engagement, and conversion-focused ad campaigns Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and audiences Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI
Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze organic and paid performance metrics Generate weekly and monthly reports on engagement, reach, growth, and conversions Use insights to improve future content and ad strategies
Team & Collaboration

Mentor junior social media executives and interns Coordinate with the performance marketing, design, and sales teams Align social media strategy with business and revenue goals
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
