Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Manager with strong expertise in

LinkedIn lead generation

. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and converting quality leads using LinkedIn and other digital platforms. Experience with

Google, Facebook, and lead generation tools such as Lusha, Zoho, and UpLead

is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate qualified leads using

LinkedIn search, filters, and Sales Navigator

Build and manage prospect lists and pipelines Run and optimize lead generation campaigns on

LinkedIn, Google, and Facebook

Identify decision-makers and collect verified contact details using tools like

Lusha, UpLead, etc.

Manage and update leads in

Zoho CRM

Create and optimize LinkedIn outreach messages and follow-ups Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion Stay updated with LinkedIn algorithm changes and lead generation best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in

LinkedIn lead generation and social media marketing

Strong knowledge of LinkedIn search techniques and Sales Navigator Hands-on experience with

Google Ads and Facebook lead campaigns

Practical knowledge of tools such as

Lusha, Zoho CRM, UpLead

, or similar platforms Good understanding of B2B lead generation strategies Strong communication and data management skills Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Preferred Skills:

Experience in B2B, SaaS, IT services, or financial services Basic knowledge of email marketing and cold outreach Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools
