Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring of content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, captions, and ad creatives.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal offers.
Collaborate with the design, marketing, and content teams for campaign alignment.
Analyze performance using insights & analytics tools and optimize strategy accordingly.
Engage with customers, respond to comments, messages, and build community.
Track trends, competitor activity, and implement new growth ideas.
Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships.
Run and optimize paid social media ads.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
1-4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in
e-commerce
.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social tools.
Excellent content writing and communication skills.
Creative mindset with strong visual sense.
Knowledge of tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
