Key Responsibilities
Own and manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Plan, create, and execute
monthly content calendars
Drive
organic growth, engagement, reach, and community building
Conceptualize reels, posts, stories, carousels & campaigns
Stay updated with trends, formats, algorithms & platform changes
Coordinate with design, video, and content teams for execution
Monitor insights, analytics & performance of content
Maintain brand tone, visual consistency & storytelling
Handle comments, DMs & audience interactions professionally
Digital Marketing Knowledge (Support Role)
Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels
Knowledge of paid promotions & campaign objectives (awareness, reach, engagement)
Ability to align social media efforts with marketing goals
Understanding of audience targeting & content performance metrics
(This is not a hardcore performance marketing role)
Required Skills & Experience
Experience:
3-6 years in Social Media Management
Strong command over Instagram (non-negotiable)
Clear understanding of how social media platforms actually work
Content-driven mindset with strong aesthetic sense
Ability to think creatively and execute independently
Excellent communication & coordination skills
