Social Media Manager Location: Delhi (Hybrid)

What You'll Own
You'll build, manage, and grow social media presence for multiple brands across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. This role blends creativity, strategy, and performance thinking, perfect for someone who wants ownership, not instructions.

What You'll Do o Plan and execute monthly content calendars for multiple clients o Create post ideas, video concepts, hooks, captions, and scripts o Manage designers/editors to deliver consistent brand-quality output o Track analytics and refine content that improves reach & engagement o Coordinate directly with clients to understand goals o Stay updated on trends and convert them into brand-ready content

What You Need to Bring o Strong understanding of Instagram + LinkedIn algorithms o Ability to think visually and script short-form videos o Comfortable managing multiple brands o Strong communication in English and Hindi, and client handling abilities o Good design taste (not a designer, but someone who knows what looks good) Educational Qualifications o Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, English, or similar f ields o Candidates with strong portfolios can be considered regardless of degree Preferred Certifications o Meta Social Media Marketing Certification o Google Digital Marketing Certification o HubSpot Content Marketing Certification o Any short-form video editing certification (optional but appreciated)

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
