Job Role:
Regularly provide digital counsel with clients/colleagues
Develop & design strategy and implementation of interactive campaigns that articulate the role of various channels in meeting objectives.
Serves as internal expert on and advocate for of-the-moment creative best practices for priority social platforms and advises as needed.
Ensure proper liaising with clients for a professional social media management experience.
Monitor and present relevant data, trends, successes, exceptions etc.
Ensure smooth coordination internally with managers, design team and copy team.
Demonstrate ROI on all digital marketing efforts for enhancing client partnerships.
Proactively submit fortnightly reports for progress on all fronts; including social media, business development, client relationships, management and research.
Ensure zero attrition among all social media accounts.
Present a very professional image to all clients, in line with the core values of the company.
Manage team. Requirements:
Possess 3+ years' experience within the digital marketing industry with proficiency of social media and community management
Have very strong communication and management skills, are a strategic thinker
Can translate client needs into project plans
Have been handling a team of junior-level digital executives
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
