We're looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence through engaging content, smart strategy, and community building.
Responsibilities
Create and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms
Plan and execute monthly social media strategies
Manage the content calendar
Monitor analytics and improve content performance
Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience
Collaborate with design/marketing teams
Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates
Run and manage paid ad campaigns when needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Business, or a related field
(Candidates with strong experience and portfolio can also apply even if the degree is different.)
1-3 years of experience in social media management
Strong understanding of short-form video content
Skills in Canva, CapCut, Photoshop (basic level is fine)
Good communication and creative thinking
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
